1
Number of clips and length
Where: 📍 Clips → Clips / Length
Clips is how many clips you want from this video (your plan sets the maximum). Length is how long each clip should be: 15–30 seconds suits Reels, 20–60 seconds suits most Shorts.
2
Framing
Where: 📍 Clips → Framing
Auto picks the best look for each clip. Follow face (crop) keeps the speaker centered in a vertical frame. Full frame + blur keeps the whole picture and fills the sides with a blurred copy (good for screen recordings and groups).
3
Language and hook title
Where: 📍 Clips → Language / Hook title
Leave Language on Auto-detect, or choose English or Hindi → Hinglish captions (Hindi speech written in Roman letters). Hook title adds a short, bold headline at the start of each clip to stop the scroll.
4
Choose what to make
Where: 📍 Clips → What do you want to make?
At the top, pick a card: Clips from a long video finds the best moments (the usual choice). Captions on my short keeps a short video (up to 90 seconds) whole and adds captions. Schedule my video is for your own finished clip (up to 3 minutes): nothing is cut or changed. Narrate my text turns your text into narrated clips (see Narrate my text). The steps below change to fit your choice.
"Sign-in expired" on YouTube: open Accounts & posting and click Reconnect. Your scheduled posts wait for you, so nothing is lost.
Instagram says the account isn't eligible: make sure it's a Professional (Creator or Business) account, then connect again.
A post failed: it retries automatically 3 times. The Schedule tab shows the reason, and there's a Retry button.
Disconnecting: click Disconnect in the app. You can also remove access at Google account permissions or in Instagram under Settings, then Apps and websites.
Billing
My UPI or bank app says AutoPay was set up for "up to ₹15,000". Will I be charged that? No. Under RBI rules, automatic payments in India are
approved with a maximum limit, and our payment provider (Dodo Payments) registers the standard ₹15,000 ceiling. You're only charged your plan's price
plus GST each billing period, and your bank notifies you 24 hours before every payment. You can cancel anytime in the Plan tab, or pause/revoke the
AutoPay in your UPI app.
Who is "Dodo Payments Inc"? Dodo Payments is our payment provider and merchant of record. It processes your payment and handles tax, so
its name appears on your bank statement and AutoPay approval.
