Step-by-step pictures of every screen, from signing up to posting on autopilot.
Captions only, or only schedule my own clip
Already have short videos? Add captions to them, or schedule them exactly as they are. All plans (posting: Creator and up)
1
Choose what to make
Where: 📍 Clips → What do you want to make?
Pick Captions on my short to add word-by-word captions to a video up to 90 seconds, without cutting it. Pick Schedule my video to post your own finished clip (up to 3 minutes) exactly as it is. Then add your video and click the button at the bottom.
2
Schedule it
Where: 📍 Clips → your video → 📅 Schedule
When it's ready, click 📅 Schedule on the clip, or turn on automatic scheduling so it posts at your next free time. Tip: vertical videos (9:16) post as YouTube Shorts; a wide video posts as a normal YouTube video.
"Sign-in expired" on YouTube: open Accounts & posting and click Reconnect. Your scheduled posts wait for you, so nothing is lost.
Instagram says the account isn't eligible: make sure it's a Professional (Creator or Business) account, then connect again.
A post failed: it retries automatically 3 times. The Schedule tab shows the reason, and there's a Retry button.
Disconnecting: click Disconnect in the app. You can also remove access at Google account permissions or in Instagram under Settings, then Apps and websites.
Billing
My UPI or bank app says AutoPay was set up for "up to ₹15,000". Will I be charged that? No. Under RBI rules, automatic payments in India are
approved with a maximum limit, and our payment provider (Dodo Payments) registers the standard ₹15,000 ceiling. You're only charged your plan's price
plus GST each billing period, and your bank notifies you 24 hours before every payment. You can cancel anytime in the Plan tab, or pause/revoke the
AutoPay in your UPI app.
Who is "Dodo Payments Inc"? Dodo Payments is our payment provider and merchant of record. It processes your payment and handles tax, so
its name appears on your bank statement and AutoPay approval.
