Terms of Service

Last updated: October 6, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and ("we", "us") for your use of Clipper360 (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorized to accept these Terms for it.

2. Your content and rights

You may only upload, clip and publish videos that you own or that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use. You're responsible for your content and for complying with copyright law and with the rules of YouTube, Instagram and any other platform you publish to. You keep ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to host, process and transmit it only to provide the Service to you.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to infringe anyone's rights, to post illegal, hateful or harassing content, to spam, to evade platform limits or rules, or to disrupt, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions, auto-renewal and billing

5. Auto-posting to connected accounts

When you connect YouTube or Instagram and turn on auto-posting, you authorize us to publish your clips to those accounts at the times you schedule. Publishing depends on those platforms' availability, policies and limits. We don't guarantee that a post will publish at an exact time or reach any particular audience. Use of YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.

6. Copyright and DMCA policy

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to notices of alleged infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws. If you believe content processed or published through the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at with the subject "DMCA Notice" that includes:

  1. your physical or electronic signature;
  2. identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
  3. identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it (for example, a link to the post);
  4. your contact information (address, phone number and email);
  5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
  6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

7. Service availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and secure but provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim or US$50. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of anyone's rights.

10. Ending your account

You can stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as payment obligations, liability limits and indemnity) survive.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we'll notify you by email or in the app at least 15 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
