Make clips from a link
Paste a link instead of uploading. Works with public video links. All plans
1
Paste the link
Where: 📍 Clips → or paste a link
Under the upload box, paste the video's link into or paste a link and click Generate clips. Public links work: Vimeo, Facebook, X, Twitch, a Google Drive or Dropbox file shared as Anyone with the link, or a direct .mp4 link.
2
Getting a shareable link
Where: 📍 Google Drive or Dropbox → Share
In Google Drive: right-click the video → Share → General access: Anyone with the link → Copy link. In Dropbox: Share → Copy link. Private links can't be opened by our servers.
3
YouTube links
Where: 📍 Clips → or paste a link
If the app says YouTube links aren't accepted, upload the file instead. For your own channel: open YouTube Studio → Content, click ⋮ next to the video → Download, then drop that file into Clipper360. Only use videos you have the right to use.
"Sign-in expired" on YouTube: open Accounts & posting and click Reconnect. Your scheduled posts wait for you, so nothing is lost.
Instagram says the account isn't eligible: make sure it's a Professional (Creator or Business) account, then connect again.
A post failed: it retries automatically 3 times. The Schedule tab shows the reason, and there's a Retry button.
Disconnecting: click Disconnect in the app. You can also remove access at Google account permissions or in Instagram under Settings, then Apps and websites.
Billing
My UPI or bank app says AutoPay was set up for "up to ₹15,000". Will I be charged that? No. Under RBI rules, automatic payments in India are
approved with a maximum limit, and our payment provider (Dodo Payments) registers the standard ₹15,000 ceiling. You're only charged your plan's price
plus GST each billing period, and your bank notifies you 24 hours before every payment. You can cancel anytime in the Plan tab, or pause/revoke the
AutoPay in your UPI app.
Who is "Dodo Payments Inc"? Dodo Payments is our payment provider and merchant of record. It processes your payment and handles tax, so
its name appears on your bank statement and AutoPay approval.
