Your schedule: list, calendar, drag and drop
See every upcoming post, move it to another day, change the time, retry or remove it. Creator, Pro, Unlimited
1
The list view
Where: 📍 Schedule → List
Open Schedule. The List shows each post with its time and accounts. Use Change time or Remove on posts that haven't gone out yet.
2
The calendar view and drag and drop
Where: 📍 Schedule → Calendar
Click Calendar to see the month. Drag a post to another day to move it (same time of day), or click it to pick a new date and time. Use the account chips to show just one account's posts.
3
Change the time
Where: 📍 Schedule → post → Change time
Pick the new date and time and save. Times are shown in your time zone.
4
If a post fails
Where: 📍 Schedule → failed post → Retry
Posts retry automatically 3 times. If one still fails, the reason is shown with a Retry button. A Sign-in expired message means: reconnect the account in Accounts & posting.
"Sign-in expired" on YouTube: open Accounts & posting and click Reconnect. Your scheduled posts wait for you, so nothing is lost.
Instagram says the account isn't eligible: make sure it's a Professional (Creator or Business) account, then connect again.
A post failed: it retries automatically 3 times. The Schedule tab shows the reason, and there's a Retry button.
Disconnecting: click Disconnect in the app. You can also remove access at Google account permissions or in Instagram under Settings, then Apps and websites.
Billing
My UPI or bank app says AutoPay was set up for "up to ₹15,000". Will I be charged that? No. Under RBI rules, automatic payments in India are
approved with a maximum limit, and our payment provider (Dodo Payments) registers the standard ₹15,000 ceiling. You're only charged your plan's price
plus GST each billing period, and your bank notifies you 24 hours before every payment. You can cancel anytime in the Plan tab, or pause/revoke the
AutoPay in your UPI app.
Who is "Dodo Payments Inc"? Dodo Payments is our payment provider and merchant of record. It processes your payment and handles tax, so
its name appears on your bank statement and AutoPay approval.
