Data Deletion
Last updated: October 9, 2026
Clipper360 is operated by Clipper360. You can remove your data yourself at any time, in any of these ways.
1. Disconnect Instagram or YouTube
- Log in at clipper360.com and open the Accounts tab.
- Click Disconnect next to the account. We immediately delete the access token we stored for it and stop posting to it.
You can also remove Clipper360's access from the platform itself:
- Instagram: Instagram app → Settings → Website permissions (or Apps and websites) → Clipper360 → Remove.
- YouTube / Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions → Clipper360 → Remove access.
Clips that were already published on Instagram or YouTube are on your account there; delete them in those apps if you wish.
2. Delete videos and clips
In the Clips tab, click Delete on any video. The video, its clips and any posts still waiting to be scheduled are removed straight away. Uploaded source videos are already deleted automatically once your clips are made, and clips are deleted after 30 days.
3. Delete your whole account
- Log in and open the Plan tab.
- Scroll to Delete my account, type your email address to confirm, and click Delete my account.
This cancels any subscription (no further charges), revokes our access to your connected accounts, and permanently deletes your videos, clips, schedules, connected-account data, settings, support tickets and your account. It can't be undone.
We keep only what the law requires: records of payments you made (for tax and accounting), without your name or email attached to our copy. Paddle, our payment partner, keeps its own records under its privacy policy.
Can't log in?
Email support@clipper360.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm within 30 days (usually much sooner).
